I bought this product on Dec. 31, 2023. I ordered a new computer two days later. By the time my computer arrived and I was able to set it up and install Office, some unknown person had activated my purchase on Jan. 8, 2024! I'm very unhappy about this. It feels like my purchase was not secure and my activation code went to someone else besides me. How do I get my money back? UPDATE: Customer service reached out to help me. I was issued a new redemption code, which I was able to activate. The rep was kind and patient.
